Is an item is stock?

We endeavor to hold as much stock as possible and we check stock regularly with our suppliers, if we do not have your item in stock generally we can have it delivered within 4-6 weeks. Please call us on 02891 460169 to receive up to the minute stock information, or email

How long for delivery?

If an item is in stock it will be dispatched 1-2 days from order and will be received within 7 days. Delivery for out of stock items is generally 3-4 weeks from order being placed. For more information on a particular item please email

How much is delivery?

Your delivery will be calculated at the checkout, in your shopping cart there is an “estimate shipping & tax” button you can put in your country and postcode this will tell you your shipping cost.

Will my item need assembled?

Some small assembly may be required ie, feet on armchairs put on. Please email for specific information on product.

Can I return my item/s?

You are well within your right to return your item within 7 days of receiving it. Please see our delivery & returns section for more information.

I have not received my item?

We will keep you up to date continually on your order from the moment you place order to delivery and arrival. If we have emailed you to say an item has been dispatched and you have not received it within 5 working days please contact us immediately.
